Quality System

Five gates. Every order.

GATE 1

Drawing review

Tolerances, materials and finishes verified with the executing shop before we quote.

GATE 2

Shop qualification

Orders placed only with audited, ISO 9001-certified workshops matched to the part class.

GATE 3

First-article check

FAI report with measured dimensions sent for your approval before the production run.

GATE 4

Pre-shipment inspection

Parts inspected against the drawing before packing. Our shops are paid only for approved parts.

GATE 5

Export & documents

Invoice, packing list, COO, certificates and freight handled end to end.

Every order that ships carries our name on the invoice, so we treat each one the same way: we select the right workshop for the part, run the inspections ourselves, handle the paperwork, and stand behind the promise that what lands at your dock matches the drawing you sent.

If your part needs a process we can't control properly, I will tell you in the first email and, where I can, point you somewhere that can. That costs me an order occasionally. It's also why the second order comes back.

Common Questions

Asked by buyers like you

How does your production model work?
Zenvico Precision is an export supply company. Production runs across our network of audited, ISO 9001-certified workshops, while we hold the quality liability, run the inspections, and handle export end to end. You get one accountable counterparty instead of managing an Indian shop floor remotely — and your quotation always names the certification status of the workshop that will make your part.
How do I know the parts will match the drawing?
Three mechanisms. First, a first-article inspection report with measured dimensions goes to you for approval before production. Second, pre-shipment inspection against the drawing before anything is packed. Third — and this is the part that aligns incentives — our workshops are paid only for parts that pass inspection. Rejection risk sits with us, not you.
What happens if a shipment arrives with defects?
Notify us with photos and the inspection report reference within 30 days of receipt. Confirmed nonconforming parts are replaced at our cost in the next shipment, or credited — your choice. Our supplier contracts mirror your specification back-to-back, so we don't have to win an argument with a workshop before making you whole.
Can you handle small trial orders?
Yes — that's how almost every customer starts. There is no minimum on first articles or trial lots. Samples typically ship by courier in 2–3 weeks. We'd rather earn the production order with a small lot than ask you to gamble on a container.
Which countries do you ship to?
Anywhere with a port or an airport. Active focus: UK, EU, US, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific including Australia and New Zealand. We quote EXW through DAP, so you choose how much of the logistics you want to own.
How do you price compared to instant-quote platforms?
On one-off prototypes, platforms are often cheaper and faster — use them. Our lane is recurring volumes and parts their algorithms misprice: castings plus machining, weldments, multi-process parts, legacy spares. There, India's cost base plus a managed quality process usually lands meaningfully below Western shop rates with documentation those platforms don't provide.
What do you need from me to quote?
Drawing (PDF minimum; STEP/DXF appreciated), material grade, quantity — ideally annual usage too — finish, and delivery destination. With that complete, you get a quotation within 48 hours. Missing something? Send what you have; we'll reply with exactly what's needed rather than a form letter.
